Mrs. Nelda Faye Bruce Sledge

Mrs. Nelda Faye Bruce Sledge, age 72, of LaGrange, passed away on June 26, 2020 at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice.  Mrs. Sledge was born on March 10, 1948 in LaGrange to the late Edward and Mary L. Bruce.   She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law and worked for a number of years at the West Georgia Medical Center as well as K-Mart. 

Survivors include her husband,  Henry Clinton “Clint” Sledge; sister, Paula Osterhaudt; extended family and friends. 

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Meadoway Gardens in LaGrange. Family will gather at the graveside beginning at 10:00 am on Thursday.  Rev. Andy Buchanan and Rev. Anthony Hovie will officiate.    Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand, 706-884-5626.
